Oga Titus at the poll

By Greenado  this man below which I nicknamed "OGA TITUS"
went to a polling unit and wanted to vote. They requested his PVC card, these was his reply " Oga I no get PVC but I fit use any other valid I.D card".
What will be your reaction.
